The steam rooms all have different lighting and ambience with peaceful music playing in the background. A few of the saunas have incredible views of the forest, either at floor level or at canopy level and both are lovely. The spa facilities are wonderful, with so many different steam rooms, saunas, showers and relaxation areas to experience. I want to thank the stawards for their professionalism because without that it could have ruined a great night.įinally made a visit to this amazing spa for a day spa and it was so worth the wait.

The steward (a big bloke with a beard) calmed the situation, listened to both sides and resolved the situation in a professional manner. The couple took this to heart and started telling and becoming aggressive. When we arrived we had tickets barriers and as we had no bags we could get fast tracked through. It has been a long time since I have been to an event like this and I was anxious.
